    Kindly be noted, however, that the price for each program varies by academic activities, excursions, accommodations, meal plans, transportation, program duration and other customised requirements. Please discuss your requirements with us and we will provide the quotation accordingly.

    Orientation Services
    Before the Program starts, you will receive a comprehensive pre-departure information package containing the necessary information you should know to best prepare for the Program. Some topics covered in the package include: Information before and on arrival at the destination, accommodation, program itinerary, local information guides, health and safety, general etiquette, and emergency contact numbers... Upon arrival, the students will have another short orientation session to recap the key things they need to know to for the program to run smoothly.
    On-site Program Coordinator
    Our experienced Program Coordinator will accompany the Program participants throughout all related activities. The Program Coordinator is always available on site to support with any issue you may, be it personal issues or other issues related to the program.
    24/7 Emergency Support

    We provide all the program participants with a hotline number so they can reach us for emergency support 24 hours a day.

    We offer different student housing options to fit with your budget and requirements. The students can stay in centrally located hotels, guest houses, dormitories or even homestays. Staffs from home university usually stay in a single hotel room. All of our accommodation providers are carefully selected to ensure the faculty staff and students have the best comfort and safety when they stay there.

    Group Round-trip Airport Transfers and Reception

    The program fees already include one free group airport pick-up and drop-off. If the group comes or leaves at different times and more transfers are needed, we can offer additional airport transfers at a reasonable additional cost. Our Program Coordinator will also be at the airport to welcome and see you off to ensure you find our coach or reach the airport smoothly.

    Ground Transportation

    All ground transportation related to the program activities is included in our service. Depending on the size of the group, we will arrange a private coach or a taxi or the combination of both based on the actual travelling distance of each specific place. Usually, it will be a private modern coach hire to pick up the group from their accommodation to the required destination.

    Guided Cultural Excursions

    Different cultural and educational excursions will be pre-arranged for each program together with relevant entrance fees and transportation. Faculty may choose some specific sites they want to visit or our staff will design an excursion plan for the group. The excursions will include the tours to the best attractions of the country/city and depending on each program, some field trips, volunteering opportunities to the places that fit the program objectives, for example: hospitals, schools, companies, social centers… All the excursions are accompanied by our experienced guides.

    We offer different meal plans for the faculty depending on the budget and requirements. It can be 3 meals for the whole day or only breakfast or breakfast and lunch. The latter is most popular because the students can explore the local food on their own in the evening. The offer can range from local Vietnamese food to food from other countries. Our partner restaurants are carefully selected to ensure the hygiene and best taste at the reasonable price. We can also organise welcome cocktail functions or farewell dinners.
    Classroom Space

    We provide classroom space with audio/visual equipment. Usually, the classrooms are the one available at the local host university. In case you want to hire rooms for meetings, our meeting space partners can offer a wide selection to suit your needs as well.

    Lectures / Specialised Courses

    One of the quality highlights of our program is that we invite highly experienced professors from top local universities and other guest speakers including high profile politicians, businessmen, artists, writers… to deliver guest lectures / specialised courses. Whatever topics you want to cover, we will invite the relevant experienced speakers in the field to participate in the program.
    Course Materials
    If learning materials are needed by the lecturers / guest speakers, BISpedia will prepare and distribute to the participants at the beginning of each relevant session.
    Post-program Evaluation
    We offer assessment service at the end of each program so faculty can know and understand more about the outcomes of the program, especially from the viewpoint of the participants. This would be helpful for faculty when planning for the future programs. 

    BISpedia does not issue credit for any customized programs, nor will we be able to recruit for your institutions particular program.
    Besides, our Program fees do not include the following costs and participants are expected to cover these costs on their own:

    2. Personal expenses, tips and gratuities
    3.Travel insurance
    4. Beverage
    5. Vietnam visa stamp fee
    6.Other services not mentioned above.
